An English native, Terry White comes from a background of family cabinet makers and has accumulated more than 28 years experience in the construction field. He has worked in the remodeling industry in Palo Alto , California and in the Finger Lakes Region of Western NY State. For the last nine years he has lived and worked in the Asheville area.

According to previous clients, one of Terry’s most appreciated qualities is the ability to listen to them. His experience and foresight enables him to see potential problems and then to collaborate on formulating acceptable solutions. He has had personal working experience in all facets of building and so is better able to guide the process to a timely completion.

Jana White was born in Rochester , NY and her family background is of artists and bakers. She and Terry met in California and have raised two daughters. Jana has been financial and business manager of Earth Wise Builders since its inception. Her life long creative pursuit has been the study of color in both her personal artistic works and as a painter of European style decorative wall finishes. Her approach to color is graceful and painterly. Her clients are generally relieved and surprised at the fun they have and the sensitivity they gain learning about light and color, coming away from the process with a new appreciation for the surfaces that surround them.
