"…..Terry was chosen as our contractor because he was willing to work with us and incorporated our ideas and capabilities into his plan for the remodel. Terry created the drawings, took care of permits and inspections, handled the construction, managed the subcontractors and finished the bathroom within budget. Our involvement included demolition, painting, flooring and trim work. We decided to do all the purchasing of materials. Although this required leg work, the opportunity to research products, compare prices and make the final decisions on the bathroom interior was invaluable. By taking on these tasks ourselves and utilizing Terry's skills to manage construction, we were able to save thousands of dollars.

Terry met every deadline, provided an accurate estimate, hired extremely competent subcontractors and delivered a beautiful, high quality bathroom. We experienced very little impact to our daily lives due to Terry's management skills on the job. Terry was very responsive to all our phone and email requests.
