If you are looking to buy an existing home, or in the process of purchasing a home, EarthWise Builders offers two real estate services as a potential homebuyer.

Pre purchase consultation

We'll determine the feasibility and cost of a potential remodel or upgrade.

Consultation and estimate fee: $50.00 an hour

Post home inspection report.

We will thoroughly assess the house, using the home inspectors report as a guide. You will receive an assessment of any problems and a written estimate detailing the cost of repair.

After receiving our report and estimate, you can take them to the bargaining table, potentially reducing the purchase price of the home and offsetting the needed repairs…..or keep looking for a house more suitable, knowing you've made the right choice.

Consultation and report fee: $150-$300 depending on the length and complexity of the home inspector's report.
